Shepherd Neame is seeking a Bar Team Member in Thames Ditton to join Britain’s oldest brewer. You’ll greet guests warmly, deliver great service, and help keep the bar running smoothly. Training provided if needed, with a flexible, friendly team environment.

Where You’ll Be Working

Known by locals as Village HQ, the George & Dragon is a traditional English pub with a menu that celebrates the absolute best of British. A large, open garden space is perfect for summer evenings. For our sports lovers we have indoor and outdoor TV’s screening all the latest live sports.

• Create a positive atmosphere by engaging with customers and anticipating their needs.
• Serve drinks and food promptly and professionally.
• Keep the bar area clean, tidy, and well-stocked throughout your shift.
• Work as part of a supportive team to deliver exceptional experiences.
