Job summary

Shepherd Neame Ltd seeks a Team Leader to support the General Manager and lead the George & Dragon bar team. You’ll set the tone for great service, motivate staff, and ensure guests leave with a smile. The role offers training and development within a historic brewery pub group.

You will lead by example, coach your team, manage opening/closing duties, keep the bar well stocked and compliant with health and safety, and address guest queries with professionalism.
