Metropolitan Pub Company in City of London is seeking enthusiastic Bar Staff to join our dynamic team. Work Monday to Friday in a fast-paced, professional bar environment with a clear pathway to progression toward Supervisor or Assistant Manager.

You will serve a wide range of drinks, deliver attentive service, maintain a clean bar, and adhere to licensing and safety rules. We offer on-the-job training, competitive pay with tips, staff discounts, and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Deliver friendly, prompt, and attentive service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
• Follow licensing laws and health & safety regulations.
• Support team members during busy periods.
• Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.
• Lead by example during shifts, particularly during peak times.
• Monitor stock levels and support ordering processes.
• Step in to oversee operations in the absence of the Bar Manager.
• Contribute to improving service, efficiency, and team morale.
• Help enforce company standards and procedures.
