Incipio Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts with energy and empathy, ensuring outstanding hospitality and team development. You will bridge communication between staff and senior management, while driving service standards and guest experiences.

You will contribute to revenue growth through proactive ideas, menu development input, and coaching that keeps the team motivated and engaged in a fun, positive environment.

Our **Assistant Managers** are pro-active, detailed, operational leaders for their teams. They bring imagination, joy and a boundless passion for incredible people, outstanding hospitality and revenue driving through innovative ideas and continuous development of their teams.

WHAT YOU'LL BE GETTING UP TO

• Bridging the gap between the team and senior management, using clear, effective and simple communication
• Using imaginative revenue driving ideas to drive the business forward
• You lead joyous and independent shifts and ensure high service standards are kept to, including actively coaching your team in their development.
• You ensure the venue runs efficiently by leading from the front, being approachable and driving outstanding hospitality at every opportunity.
• Creative cocktail ideas and champion menu development from your team
• You ensure our guests are shown the best possible experience and are looked after safely when in our venues and leaving.
• You motivate your team by providing excellent support and training ensuring your team are happy, engaged and full of joy.
• You drive both sales and the business performance by using financial data and planning effectively.
• Be obsessed with learning, pushing for your own development and career progression
• Having fun, laughing a lot and bringing the good vibes
