Grind is seeking an enthusiastic Bar Supervisor to lead on a busy London bar, delivering classic drinks with modern twists. You will help maintain Grind's service standards, train staff, and drive sales in a lively, music-filled environment.

A bit about the role.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bar Supervisor who enjoys making classical drinks with contemporary twists. Evenings at Grind offer a variety of classics, coffee cocktails and guest cocktails. We’re all about creating a buzzing atmosphere by turning up the tunes, dimming the lights and serving the best espresso martini in London!

We are looking for energetic night owls to join the Grind Crew and as a Bar Supervisor of course we expect the usual stuff on a day to day basis; great service, standardisation and some quality shaking. To be eligible for this role, you will need to demonstrate confidence in supporting a small team in a very busy and high-volume hospitality environment. You must drive sales through supporting the team, and delivering speedy service with passion on the bar! We expect some previous experience working in a bar environment, and a 'work with the team' approach/attitude at all times.

Role responsibilities.
