Role Overview

As part of the store’s Junior Management team, you will provide managerial support, help maintain high customer service standards, and assist in supervising staff and daily managerial processes under the guidance of Store Management.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver excellent customer service by addressing complaints, inquiries, and ensuring staff appearance aligns with company standards.
  2. Drive and exceed sales targets by monitoring service levels, utilizing in-store technology, and analyzing reports for product placement.
  3. Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure stock presentation is optimal.
  4. Assist in training and developing staff, including new employee induction and ongoing personal development.
Role Objectives and KPIs
  • Contribute to achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Drive KPIs such as Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.
  • Achieve upselling and cross-selling targets.
  • Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
  • Ensure stock accuracy during audits.
  • Complete mandatory training for all new colleagues.
Skills and Experience
  • Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Passion for retail and awareness of current trends and competitors.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring staff.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and high standards on the shop floor.
  • Ability to promote JD Group values internally and externally.
