Role overview

This Bar Supervisor role involves delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our two venues.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operations and supervision of the bar and staff
• Train, induct and mentor junior staff
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area
• Ensure the smooth operation of the venue and delivery of events
• Assist in inventory management and restocking

Working pattern

• Flexible shifts including late evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
• Zero-hours contract
