Job summary

The Ivy Collection is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead bar operations in the absence of the Bar Manager. You will manage stock, ensure top-level guest service, and support training across the team.

Key elements of your role

as Bar Supervisor: You willoversee bar operations in the absence of the Bar Manager. Bar Supervisor responsibilities include managing stock, serving guests, placing stock orders, and ensuring product quality. You will assist in the training of all employees, ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with the maximum efficiency and in the most productive manner. They make sure customers receive the best service possible, upholding a constant level of staff productivity.

About you:

You have at least 1+ years’ experience in this role and are solution-driven, working well under pressure. You pride yourself on your professional approach to service excellence and you are a real team player.
