Milk Wood House, The Dylan Coastal Resort, Laugharne, Carmarthenshire
A well‑made drink, a well‑run bar, and a room that feels right because of you.
We're building our bar team at Milk Wood House. The bar is open daily, so we need people who can cover a range of shifts, whether that's full‑time hours, or a couple of evenings that fit around everything else.
You'll run the bar for guests visiting Milk Wood House, working across our drinks list from the classics through to our own creations, so every guest gets a drink made properly, whether it's their first visit or their fifth.
The drinks matter most. We're looking for someone with a basic knowledge of traditional and modern mixology, and a head for the numbers behind the bar too—stock take, menu costing, and menu engineering are all part of keeping things running properly, not just on the night but week to week. WSET Level 1 (or equivalent) is required.
It's a role that suits someone who takes pride in a well‑built drink, likes the pace of a busy service, and wants a hand in how the bar performs, not just how it pours.
Compensation: Competitive salary
