Job summary

Malmaison in Liverpool is seeking a Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to lead guest service in the hotel’s restaurant and bar. You will act as the face of the restaurant, coordinating with the kitchen and management to ensure a smooth dining experience and high standards.

The role offers a permanent contract with a £13.17 per hour rate for a 30-hour week, and opportunities for apprenticeship training, internal development, and progression within Malmaison.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a busy restaurant and/or bar.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with kitchen and management.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts and days (including evenings, weekends, 365 days a year).
• Desire to receive nationally recognised apprenticeship training and brand training.

Responsibilities

• Act as the face of the restaurant and bar within our hotel.
• Control the flow and communicate effectively with the Kitchen and management team to ensure a smooth and controlled dining experience.
• Assist with scheduling, shift patterns and hours as discussed during interview.
• Provide excellent guest service and maintain high standards.
