Malmaison Liverpool is seeking a Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team and ensure guests receive high standards of service across the bar and dining areas.

This permanent role is 30 hours per week at £13.17 per hour. Shifts cover evenings and weekends, with a range of hours available. The hotel emphasises career training, internal development, and modern brand experiences in a busy hospitality environment.

You will already have experience in working within a busy restaurant and/or bar and be looking for the next step in your career, you will be the face of the restaurant and bar within our hotel, you'll help control the flow, and communicate with the Kitchen and the management team to ensure smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means greatflexibilityif required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
