Job summary

The Commercial Hotel in Johnstone, Scotland, is seeking an experienced Bar & Restaurant Manager to lead our dining experience and uphold the high standard of service we’re known for.

You will oversee service across the bar and restaurant, coach team members through busy periods, and stay on top of food and beverage trends to delight guests.
