Job summary

Malmaison Dundee is seeking a Bar & Restaurant Supervisor to lead service in our lively hotel bar and restaurant.

You will bring experience in busy hospitality, work with the kitchen and management to ensure a smooth, guest-focused dining experience, and flex across evenings and weekends. This permanent, full-time role offers £13.10 per hour for 24 hours with opportunities for training and progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy restaurant and/or bar.
• Be the face of the restaurant and bar within the hotel.
• Able to work a range of shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage dining flow and coordinate with kitchen and management.
• Deliver guest-focused service and ensure memorable guest experiences.
• Support a 7-day operation with flexible shift patterns.

You will already have experience in working within a busy restaurant and/or bar and be looking for the next step in your career, you will be the face of the restaurant and bar within our hotel, you'll help control the flow, and communicate with the Kitchen and the management team to ensure smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests.We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required.
