You will ensure bar compliance with licensing, health and safety, and hygiene regulations while supporting business goals. A fast-paced environment with excellent customer service awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Hospitable, approachable, and customer-service driven.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to take direction and work in a team or autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Assist in staff management and training for bar staff.
• Oversee daily bar operations and compliance with health and safety rules.
• Deliver premium beverage service to members and guests.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control.
• Collaborate on menu development and pricing with the Bar Manager.
• Monitor bar revenue, costs, and profitability where possible.
• Coordinate ongoing staff training and development.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
