Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Bar Manager to lead the bar operation, delivering a world-class beverage experience that reflects the club's quality and atmosphere. You will oversee service, staff, product selection and financial performance to keep the bar vibrant and profitable.

You’ll develop your team and collaborate with Food & Beverage and Events to ensure signature cocktails and large-scale events meet the highest standards, while driving revenue and maintaining brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and maintains composure under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable, and passionate about customer service.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional service standards by developing and refining systems for members, guests and staff.
• Lead training sessions on bar programs, including signature cocktails and events.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless guest interactions and brand consistency.
• Support recruitment by identifying talent needs and participating in interviews with People & Development.
• Ensure maximum revenue from all sales opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness standards and safety procedures per site and company policies.
• Oversee Mystery Shopper Reports and staff development.
• Participate in management meetings and contribute to decision-making.
