Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years in guest relations, strong hospitality knowledge, English proficiency, and a customer‑first attitude.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience as a Guest Relations Officer or Manager.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
• Experience in a 3/4-star hotel.
• Proficiency in English.
• Computer literacy.
• Customer-oriented and outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction across front office and F&B departments.
• Encourage positive TripAdvisor reviews and monitor guest feedback channels.
• Gather and route complaints to department heads and discuss corrective training.
