Haven is seeking a Bar Manager in the United Kingdom to lead our show bar operation. You will be hands-on, schedule and manage budgets, coach your team, and ensure memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be responsible for developing your staff, maintaining high standards, and driving service improvements while upholding safety and compliance across the venue. Onsite accommodation may be available.

Qualifications

• Experience in Bar Manager, Venue Manager, or similar leadership roles in Food & Beverage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Organised and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
• Budget and financial management experience.
• Cellar management knowledge.
• Health and safety knowledge.
