Job summary

Haven is seeking a Bar Manager to lead our bars and entertainment venues, with evenings primarily. You will guide a energetic Bars team, drive guest experiences, manage budgets and resources, and ensure safety and policy compliance.

This full-time, permanent role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and hands-on performance, with opportunities for development and a bonus up to 10% annually and exclusive team perks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Bar Manager or Venue Manager roles in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Experience in budgeting and health and safety regulations.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
