Job summary

Nightshade is seeking an enthusiastic Bar Manager to lead from the front, drive the team and deliver exceptional drinks and guest experiences. You will manage bar service, train staff and influence the drinks menu while collaborating with management to grow sales.

You will have autonomy over bar specials, drinks menus and events, bringing your creativity to life and creating memorable experiences for guests with a strong focus on service quality and team development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender or head bartender in a quality hospitality setting.
• Passion for cocktails, drinks and guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bar team with energy, professionalism and creativity.
• Drive morale and create an engaging environment for guests and staff.
• Deliver warm, knowledgeable guest service and high-quality drinks.
• Develop bar specials, menus and events to boost sales.
• Support stock, cleanliness and bar organisation during shifts.
