Job summary

Chilled Pubs Limited is seeking a Bar Manager to lead the bar team and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will drive cocktail creativity, manage cellar operations, and oversee rotas and staffing to ensure smooth service.

You will coach and develop team members, run regular meetings, and maintain high standards of hospitality and efficiency across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the bar team to deliver exceptional service.
• Create a seamless guest experience from start to finish.
• Drive cocktail creativity and ensure consistent quality.
• Run regular team meetings and coaching sessions for staff development.
• Oversee cellar management, stock control and beer/cask handling.
• Manage rotas and staffing levels to maintain service flow and ticket times.
