Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is launching a hospitality role supported by the Dalata Academy to help you learn key skills and grow within our friendly team. Training and internal progression are emphasised throughout the programme.

You will work in a fast-paced hotel setting, greet guests by name, provide excellent service, and upsell where appropriate to boost revenue and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Previous hotel experience in a 3/4-star property is desirable but not essential.
• Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Experience in a busy food and beverage operation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet regular guests by name and ensure a personalised welcome.
• Develop knowledge of food, beverages, and wine; make recommendations.
• Remain friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue where possible.

Your Job

• Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly, using their names.
• Ensure a good working knowledge of food, all beverages and wine. Be able to make recommendations.
• Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.

What You’ll Need

• Previous hotel experience in a 3/4-star hotel property is desired but not essential.
• Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a busy food and beverage operation
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Micros Experience would be preferable.
