The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a confident and experienced Bar Manager to lead the bar team at Alberts Didsbury – a vibrant, high-volume
neighbourhood restaurant and bar. This is a multi-department role with crossover into restaurant operations, offering a brilliant
opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact across both bar and floor
service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and inspire the bar team to deliver top-tier drinks and hospitality
2. Maintain high standards across all bar operations
3. Oversee stock management, ordering, line cleaning, and rota planning
4. Support restaurant service and collaborate closely with the management team
5. Create a fun, engaging and professional atmosphere for both guests and team

What You’ll Get:

1. £30,500 salary + approx. £6,000 in tronc
2. Full-time position – 48 hours per week across 5 days
