About You...

As Assistant Bar Manager you'll be the friendly face at the heart of the action. You’ll help lead the team, delight our guests, and ensure every service runs smoothly. You’ll be hands-on with:

• Leading and motivating the bar team
• Managing fast-paced services and buzzing special events
• Supporting stock, ordering, and cellar management
• Helping shape our drinks menu - yes, that includes picking which beers are on tap!
