Restaurant and Bar Manager - Yarnfield Park

Yarnfield Park is a Conference and Event venue located conveniently near Stone in Staffordshire, just minutes from the M6. The 336-bedroom hotel features 53 conference, event, and training rooms, with the two largest spaces accommodating over 400 guests. With a diverse client base and the launch of the new ‘CONNEX’ conference and training space, the venue can host over 2000 guests daily.

The role of the Hotel Restaurant and Bar Manager is crucial in delivering outstanding event and conference experiences. You will oversee the Food & Beverage department, ensuring high-quality service, guest satisfaction, and effective team leadership. As our Restaurant and Bars Manager, you will:
  1. Supervise, train, and motivate the waiting staff and bartenders.
  2. Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and service.

  4. Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs.
  5. Uphold health and safety standards.
