Job summary

Glasgow Westerwood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort near Glasgow in Cumbernauld is seeking a Restaurant & Bar team leader. You will lead from the front, ensure brand standards, and maximise the guest experience to a very high standard.

You will work in a busy bar and restaurant operation with knowledge of wines & spirits and stay up to date with food and beverage trends and best practice. Training and qualifications support are provided.

What will I do?

Responsible for leading the Restaurant & Bar team, you’ll lead from the front and work with your team to ensure brand standards are adhered to and maintained, the guest experience is to a very high standard and revenues are maximised at every opportunity.
