Job summary

Radisson Blu Hotel, Glasgow is seeking a Food & Beverage Bar Assistant to join our Truly Talented team. The role offers flexible hours and hourly pay of £13.45, with benefits including real living wage status and staff discounts.

You will work with the F&B leadership team to ensure guest satisfaction, set tables, take and serve orders, maintain cleanliness, and communicate menu details to guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or bar experience in a busy environment is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving beverages as requested by guests.
• Setting tables and ensuring readiness for guests.
• Taking and executing guest orders in a timely manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness in Food & Beverage outlets.
• Having knowledge of the food and beverage menu.
• Responding to guest queries about the menu and availability.
• Communicating guest questions with F&B and Kitchen teams and noting dietary needs.
