Radisson Blu Hotel Glasgow is seeking a Food & Beverage Bar Assistant to join our Truly Talented team. You will work closely with the food & beverage leadership team, delivering friendly service and helping ensure guest satisfaction in a busy hotel bar and outlets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy restaurant or bar is preferred.
• Excellent personal presentation.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Enthusiastic team player with flexible approach.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages requested by guests.
• Set tables and ensure readiness for guests at all times.
• Take and execute guest orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards in Food & Beverage outlets.
• Have good knowledge of the food and beverage menu.
• Respond to guest queries on the menu and wait times.
• Communicate questions on menu, wait times, and dietary needs to teams.
