Job summary

The Commercial Hotel in Scotland is seeking enthusiastic Restaurant & Bar team members to join our hospitality family. You will be delivering our guests a memorable dining experience, serving delicious cocktails, coffees and cakes, and helping with room for busy evenings and events.

We offer an hourly wage higher than government rates, plus 10% service charges and 100% of tips retained by the team, along with meals, wellbeing resources, and strong opportunities for development and progression

Responsibilities

• Serve guests on the Restaurant and Bar during shifts, taking orders, serving drinks and food.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, cleaning and maintaining presentation standards.
• Support team in busy periods, training and onboarding new colleagues as needed.
