Job summary

Crerar Hotels is hiring for a Bar & Bistro Attendant to serve guests from breakfast through dinner with a warm, professional approach. Full-time or part-time roles available, plus staff accommodation for the right candidate.

Previous restaurant or bar experience helps, but a can-do attitude and commitment to outstanding service matter most. Expect an hourly rate of £12.71 and the chance to grow with a respected hotel group in stunning locations across Scotland.

Job description

Full time and part time available, with staff accomodation readily available for the right candidate. As a Bar & Bistro Attendant at Crerar Hotels, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. With a warm and professional approach, you’ll assist guests, handle requests efficiently, and provide attentive service from breakfast through to dinner. Your strong communication skills and passion for great food and drink will shine as you confidently upsell menu items, wines, and hotel amenities. Prior experience in a restaurant or bar is an advantage, but a can-do attitude and commitment to outstanding service are what truly matter. We require applicants to be 18 years or older to meet Scottish Licensing Laws.
