Job summary

Crerar Hotels is seeking a Bar & Bistro Attendant to deliver exceptional dining experiences across our guest services. This role offers full time or part time hours with staff accommodation available for the right candidate, and an hourly rate of £12.71.

You will assist guests, take orders, upsell menu items and ensure friendly, efficient service from breakfast through dinner. Prior hospitality experience is an advantage, but a can-do attitude and commitment to outstanding service are what

Job description

Full time and part time available, with staff accomodation readily available for the right candidate. As a Bar & Bistro Attendant at Crerar Hotels, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. With a warm and professional approach, you’ll assist guests, handle requests efficiently, and provide attentive service from breakfast through to dinner. Your strong communication skills and passion for great food and drink will shine as you confidently upsell menu items, wines, and hotel amenities. Prior experience in a restaurant or bar is an advantage, but a can-do attitude and commitment to outstanding service are what truly matter. We require applicants to be 18 years or older to meet Scottish Licensing Laws.
