Job summary

The Commercial Hotel is seeking enthusiastic Restaurant & Bar Team members to deliver an exceptional dining experience and maintain high service standards. You will work on both quiet and busy shifts, handling tasks from cleaning and training to crafting cocktails, serving drinks and dishes, and supporting the Kitchen as needed.

We value teamwork and multi-tasking, with attention to detail at the core of our daily operations.

Qualifications

• Skill and experience are necessary to do this job.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guests' dining experience and uphold the standard of service expected.
• On quiet shifts, perform cleaning, maintenance and training tasks to keep venues at standard.
• On busy evenings or weekend service, make cocktails, prepare hot drinks, serve coffees and cakes, run meals from the Kitchen, and arrange extra chairs for large groups.
• Teamwork, multi-tasking and attention to detail are essential in this role.
