Job summary

The Londoner in London’s Leicester Square is recruiting a Bar Back to join 8 at The Londoner. You will be part of a fast-paced, luxury bar team, assisting with mise en place, stocking, and maintaining the bar to ensure a smooth service.

Previous bar back experience in a high-end liquor-led bar is ideal; training will be provided. Excellent English communication and a strong sense of teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure bar tenders do not run out of essential items during service.

We are currently recruiting for a Bar Back to join our rooftop bar, 8 at The Londoner.

Overview:

• An amazing opportunity to join the team in the bar team in 8 at The Londoner as a bar back.
• You will be working in a fast paced operation therefore speed and attention to detail are critical.
• You will support the bar team by ensuring that the correct mis enplace is in place at the beginning of every shift. This includes preparation for all cocktails, a fully stocked bar and enough glassware for the opening of the shift.
• You will then ensure that the bar is fully maintained at all times so that bar tenders so not run out of items.
• You will ensure that the bar area is kept clean and tidy and free of obstructions at all times.

About You:

• Previous bar back experience of working in a high-end liquor led bar operation is ideal. Training will however be provided.
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Impeccable command of English both written and spoken.
