Edwardian Hotels London is recruiting a Waiter/Waitress for 8 At The Londoner, a front-of-house role in our exclusive Japanese Rooftop Bar and Restaurant. You will understand the menu, explain the dining concept to guests, check allergens, and tailor service to guests’ needs.

Qualifications

• Previous front of house waiting experience in a high-end, food-led operation.
• Impeccable attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• A passion for food and beverage, serving guests and providing outstanding hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Join the team in 8 at The Londoner as a Waiter/ess.
• Fully understand the menu and explain the dining concept to guests, checking for allergens.
• Read the needs of tables and serve them according to preferences.
• Work with Head Waiters and Floor Managers to ensure seamless, exceptional service.
• Ensure satisfaction is checked at all tables and handle feedback or complaints accordingly.
• Take payment in accordance with company procedures.
• Be proficient with IT applications such as OpenTable, Adecco and Micros.
