Crowne Plaza Glasgow is seeking an enthusiastic Bar Attendant on an occasional worker basis. You will mix drinks, deliver warm service, and help ensure guests have memorable experiences.

Responsibilities include serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, handling payments, keeping the bar clean, and supporting the Food & Beverage team. English communication is essential, and you should enjoy working as part of a collaborative hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or retail experience focused on delivering memorable customer experiences.
• Customer service experience with a focus on creating enjoyable moments.
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following policy and licensing laws.
• Provide excellent customer service to create memorable guest experiences.
• Handle cash, cards, and guest accounts per company procedures.
• Keep the bar and service areas clean and ready for guests.
• Prepare for shifts using the department checklist and be ready to assist.
• Rotate and display bar stocks, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Adhere to Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations.
• Support the Food & Beverage team with additional duties when required.
