Loungers is hiring Front of House Team Members for Brunello Lounge, a cosy cafe bar. Earn up to £12.71/hour plus tips, with staff meals, discounts and flexible shifts across England and Wales.

No prior experience required as we’ll teach you the ropes and welcome your energy and personality into our warm hospitality team. As part of the Bar & Waiting team, you’ll greet guests, serve drinks and food to high standards, handle payments, and help keep the venue welcoming and clean.

• Previous hospitality or retail experience is a bonus, but it's not essential - we can teach you how to be a great Lounger!

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec - coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence

We're hiring Front of House Team Members to join Brunello Lounge, a local café bar. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. Offering up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff food every shift, and 50% off food & drinks, this a great next step for a waiter, waitress, barista, bartender, and more.
