As part of the Bar & Waiting team, you’ll welcome customers, serve food and drinks to spec, and keep the bar stocked and clean. We offer flexible hours and a clear path to career development across 300+ sites.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in.
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right.
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec - coffees, cocktails, and everything in between.
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift.
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence.

We're hiring Front of House Team Members to join Sereno Lounge, a local café bar. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. As part of our Bar & Waiting team, you'll be the sort of person who can read each customer effortlessly, adapting your style whether it's a quiet solo coffee or a table full of birthday cocktails. You'll work with the whole team to make sure every customer leaves happy; which they tend to do. Because of your natural skills.
