Job summary

Caldo Lounge is hiring Front of House Team Members to join our Lounge family. As part of the Bar & Waiting team you’ll deliver warm hospitality to every guest, read the room, and help create memorable experiences from coffee to cocktails.

Experience isn’t essential; we’ll teach you the rest. We offer up to £12.71/hr plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals, 50% off food & drinks from day one, flexible hours and career development in a growing cafe brand with over 300 sites.

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in.
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right.
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between.
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift.
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence.
