Job summary

Loungers, via its Seco Lounge, is hiring Front of House Team Members in a café-bar environment. You’ll welcome guests, serve drinks and food, and ensure every customer leaves happy. The role offers up to £12.71/hr plus tips, with paid breaks, staff meals, and a 50% discount on food and drinks from day one.

Experience isn’t essential—kindness and hospitality passion go a long way. Flexible hours and weekend/evening shifts are common in this growing Loungers network.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is a plus but not required.
• Able to read guests and adapt hospitality style.

What You'll Do

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
