Job summary

Loungers is hiring Front of House Team Members for Centivo Lounge, a local café bar. Join a growing brand with 300+ sites across England and Wales. Experience isn’t essential; be kind and love hospitality, and we’ll teach you the rest.

Earn up to £12.71/hr + tips, plus breaks, staff meals, and a 50% discount on food and drinks from day one. As part of the Bar & Waiting team, you’ll welcome customers, serve food and drinks to a high standard, keep the bar stocked and clean, and handle payments

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; friendly, hospitality-minded attitude welcome.
• Ability to read customers and adapt approach to each table or counter.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec - coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
