Pinto Lounge, a Loungers venue in Banbury, is hiring Front of House Team Members to join our friendly, high-energy bar and café. Experience isn’t essential—we’ll teach you the rest and you’ll earn up to £12.71/hr plus tips.

You’ll read customers’ needs, serve food and drinks to a high standard, and contribute to a warm, welcoming atmosphere across flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Formación

• Hospitality or retail experience is a bonus but not essential.

We're hiring Front of House Team Members to join Pinto Lounge, a local café bar. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. Offering up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff food every shift, and 50% off food & drinks, this a great next step for a waiter, waitress, barista, bartender, and more. As part of our Bar & Waiting team, you’ll be the sort of person who can read each customer effortlessly, adapting your style whether it's a quiet solo coffee or a table full of birthday cocktails. You'll work with the whole team to make sure every customer leaves happy; which they tend to do. Because of your natural skills.

What You'll Do

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
