Job summary

Loungers, via Soffio Lounge, is hiring Front of House Team Members. You’ll join a friendly bar & waiting team delivering warm hospitality and great service in a growing group with 300+ sites. Flexible shifts, tips, and a free meal on every shift help you balance life and work as you learn and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or retail is a bonus but not required.

We're hiring Front of House Team Members to join Soffio Lounge, a local café bar. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. Offering up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff food every shift, and 50% off food & drinks, this a great next step for a waiter, waitress, barista, bartender, and more. What You'll Do
