Loungers plc's Cortillo Lounge in Kendal is seeking Front of House Team Members. You’ll welcome guests, take orders and serve food and drinks with warmth, delivering hospitality from the moment guests arrive. Experience isn’t essential; we’ll teach you the ropes in a fast-paced café bar.

We're hiring Front of House Team Members to join Cortillo Lounge, a local café bar. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. What You'll Do

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec - coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
