Lago Lounge in Rushden is hiring Front of House Team Members to join Loungers plc. We offer up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff meals, and 50% off food and drinks from day one.

Experience isn’t essential — if you’re kind and love hospitality, we’ll teach you the rest. As part of the Bar & Waiting team, you’ll welcome customers, serve food and drinks to spec, keep the bar prepped and clean, and handle payments confidently.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or retail is a bonus, but not required.
• We’ll teach you the rest if you’re kind and love hospitality.
• Great communication and a friendly, flexible attitude are valued.

What You'll Do

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
