Job summary

Bianco Lounge in Leeds is hiring Front of House Team Members to join Loungers. No experience required—we'll teach you hospitality. You can earn up to £12.71 per hour plus tips, enjoy staff meals on every shift, and 50% off food and drinks from day one.

Flexible hours, with evenings and weekends common, make it ideal for part-time or full-time seekers. As part of our Bar & Waiting team, you’ll greet guests, serve drinks and food to spec, and help create memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is not essential; training will be provided.
• Ability to welcome customers with warmth and courtesy.
• Good communication and rapport-building with customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence

We're hiring Front of House Team Members to join Bianco Lounge, a local café bar. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. Offering up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff food every shift, and 50% off food & drinks, this a great next step for a waiter, waitress, barista, bartender, and more.
