Loungers in Newquay is hiring Front of House Team Members to join Concho Lounge, a local café bar. This role offers up to £12.71/hr plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals, and 50% off food and drinks from day one.

You’ll greet guests, serve drinks and food to high standards, handle payments and allergens confidently, and keep the bar sparkling. Experience isn’t essential—kindness and enthusiasm to learn matter most.

As part of our Bar & Waiting team, you’ll be the sort of person who can read each customer effortlessly, adapting your style whether it's a quiet solo coffee or a table full of birthday cocktails. You'll work with the whole team to make sure every customer leaves happy; which they tend to do. Because of your natural skills.

What You'll Do

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
