Loungers is hiring Front of House Team Members for Orleto Lounge, a local café bar. We offer up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff meals and 50% off food & drinks from day one.

Join our Bar & Waiting team and bring warm hospitality, energy and a smile to every guest. Experience isn’t essential—we’ll teach you the rest as you grow with Loungers across England and Wales.

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence

About the Role

As part of our Bar & Waiting team, you’ll be the sort of person who can read each customer effortlessly, adapting your style whether it's a quiet solo coffee or a table full of birthday cocktails. You'll work with the whole team to make sure every customer leaves happy; which they tend to do. Because of your natural skills.
