Job summary

Loungers is hiring Front of House Team Members for Alento Lounge, a local café bar. We offer up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff food every shift, and 50% off food & drinks. No experience required—kindness and a love for hospitality will get you started, and we’ll teach you the rest!

You’ll join our Bar & Waiting team, delivering warm hospitality, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests leave happy. Great for flexible, part-time, or full-time roles across England and Wales.

As part of our Bar & Waiting team, you’ll be the sort of person who can read each customer effortlessly, adapting your style whether it's a quiet solo coffee or a table full of birthday cocktails.
