Falco Lounge is part of Loungers and seeks Front of House Team Members to deliver warm hospitality, serve food and drinks, and read customers to tailor service. The role suits those who enjoy a fast-paced cafe-bar culture and value team collaboration.

We're hiring Front of House Team Members to join Falco Lounge, a local café bar. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. Offering up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff food every shift, and 50% off food & drinks, this a great next step for a waiter, waitress, barista, bartender, and more. What You'll Do

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
