Job summary

Lounges are part of Loungers and Torino Lounge is looking for Front of House Team Members to join the team. You’ll provide warm hospitality, take orders, serve drinks and food, and help ensure guests have a memorable visit.

We're hiring Front of House Team Members to join Torino Lounge, a local café bar. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. What You'll Do

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
