Job summary

Loungers is hiring Front of House Team Members for Fioro Lounge in Cheltenham. You will welcome guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and help ensure every guest leaves happy. Experience isn’t essential — we’ll teach you the rest and fit around your life with flexible hours.

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
